How much activity do you need?
According to the American Heart Association, “at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week.” 

How much water do you need? 

The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that “an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.”  According to the CDC, “daily fluid intake recommendations vary by age, sex, pregnancy, and breastfeeding status.”

What are lipotropin injectables?

Lipotropics are a class of substances that include Choline  and Inositol which play a very important role in the body’s control of fat.   • What is included?

    • Duration: 4-8 weeks

      • 20 minute 1-on-1 coaching goals session weeks 2 and 4 and a check-in on week 7.

      • Choose your injectable (MIC + B12 or LipoMIC (single dose only).

      • Weight loss IV (1 drip/ week)

    • Must complete weight loss questionnaire even if you’re a frequent “dripper”.

    • Must complete weekly check-in (pics, measurements and report).

    • Exercise -training site recommendations available.

      • Aerobic activity- 300 minutes a week is recommended (at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity, 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity).

      • Strength training- strength training exercises for all major muscle groups at least three times a week (spreading different muscle groups each day); aim to do 1-2 sets of each exercise using a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 10 to 15 repetitions (consult your doctor before you start any weight training  regimens).

      • Stretching- stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits.  How to? Hold your stretch. Breathe normally and hold each stretch for about 30 seconds; in problem areas, you may need to hold for around 60 seconds.

    • Water consumption- varies however, a good starting point is 75-100oz per day.

    • Well balanced meal (proteins, carbs and healthy fats)- nutritionist recommendations available.
